Alana I. Capria (born 1985) has an MFA in Creative Writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She worked as a newspaper reporter for three years before getting tired of spending long nights at township meetings. Capria enjoys vegetarianism, abandoned structures, ghost stories, science, and strange histories/mythologies. She lives in Northern New Jersey with her fiancé and rabbits.
